Use of this website and CopaFit services

By booking a session, camp, clinic, or facility rental with CopaFit, you agree to these terms. Services are provided at 2938 Hwy 65, Conway, SC 29526.

Registration and payment

Sessions must be paid for before or at the time of training unless a package has been purchased in advance. Packages are non-transferable and expire six months after purchase.

Participation and safety

Soccer training involves physical activity and risk of injury. A parent or guardian must complete a waiver for any player under 18. Players should be in good health and disclose any medical condition before training.

Conduct

Players, parents, and spectators are expected to treat coaches, staff, and other families with respect. CopaFit may end a session or membership for unsafe or disruptive behavior.

Media

CopaFit may photograph or record sessions for training and promotional use. Let a coach know in writing if you prefer your player not appear in CopaFit media.

Liability

CopaFit is not responsible for lost or damaged personal property, or for injuries arising from normal participation in soccer training.

Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time. The current version is always posted on this page.
